At Exmose, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. That’s why we proudly offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on every product.

What’s Covered:

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Malfunctions not caused by misuse or accidents

Manufacturing or design defects

Faulty parts or components

 

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

Misuse, drops, or water damage

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, etc.)

How to File a Warranty Claim:

To submit a claim, please email support@exmose.com with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photo/video evidence if applicable

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

 

Resolution Options:

If the claim is approved, we will:

Send a free replacement, or

Offer a full refund or store credit, depending on the situation

 

 Warranty Period:

This warranty is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the original date of purchase.
