At Exmose, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. That’s why we proudly offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on every product.
What’s Covered:
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
• Malfunctions not caused by misuse or accidents
• Manufacturing or design defects
• Faulty parts or components
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
• Misuse, drops, or water damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, etc.)
How to File a Warranty Claim:
To submit a claim, please email support@exmose.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photo/video evidence if applicable
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
Resolution Options:
If the claim is approved, we will:
• Send a free replacement, or
• Offer a full refund or store credit, depending on the situation
Warranty Period:
This warranty is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the original date of purchase.
